Spa Policies

Appointments and Reservations

We highly recommend scheduling spa appointments prior to your arrival. Reservations are subject to availability.

Cancellation Policy

Treatment times and therapists are reserved specifically for you. Should you need to cancel or make a change to your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time. Groups require a 48 hour cancellation notice. When booking an appointment online or through the spa, if you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged 50% of the total service or services you were booked for and will not be allowed to rebook any appointment until the 50% fee is paid. No shows and same day cancellations will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Any client that no - shows an appointment or cancels less than 24 hours prior to their appointment will not be allowed to rebook without paying in full for the no - show or last minute cancellation service and must leave a card on file. Fees will be charged to the card on file, and must be paid before booking any future appointments.

Hair Cancellation Policy 

Please cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours prior to your hair appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours noticed will be charged 50% of the scheduled service value, including partial service cancellations (e.g. - canceling your color portion of a color/cut appointment). Same day cancellations or no -shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. All fees will be charged to the card on file, and must be paid before booking  any future appointment. Clients who no - show will no longer be eligible to rebook.

Your Arrival

Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.

Late Arrivals

We will always try to accommodate your treatments, but a late arrival may result in a reduction of treatment time due to adjacent bookings.

Dress

Disrobe to the level of your comfort. Undergarments are not necessary, but you may wear them during your treatment if you prefer. Our therapists are trained to drape your body in a discreet manner, assuring your privacy at all times.

Quiet Zone

Please respect the privacy and solitude of other spa guests by speaking in a soft voice and turning off cell phones.

Heath Concerns and Communication

Our therapists and staff are fully trained professionals who design your treatments to benefit your body to its fullest. Prior to your service, we encourage you to be as open as possible in communicating any concerns, pains, injuries, pregnancies, or special requirements as to ensure your service will meet your needs perfectly.

Covid-19

All precautions are taken to sanitize and clean the spa on a daily basis. All service areas are disinfected between clients. Mask are optional. If you would like your service provider to wear a mask please ask them to do so and they will.Our goal is to make our clients feel safe and comfortable.

Valuables

We always suggest bringing the bare minimum. Although fully secured, we cannot assume responsibility for lost or stolen items.

Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards

Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards are non - refundable. All Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards are final sales and may not be returned or refunded. 

Moon Blossom Day Spa Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards expire after five years, if a Gift Card or E-Gift Card is lost or stolen we are not responsible for replacing the amount of the Gift Card or E-Gift Card.

Gratuities

Gratuities have not been included in spa service prices and are left solely to your discretion. Standard consideration is 15-20% of the fee for each spa service.

Youth

Adults 18 years and older are welcome to enjoy massages, facials and body services. For spa services children 10-17 years old must have a signed consent form provided by his or her parent prior to any service. A parent must be present at time of check -in.

To protect the tranquil nature of the spa and its environment, children under 10 are not permitted in or to use the spa facility at any time.

Spa Services

All spa services are final sales.Spa services are only refundable up to 24 hours after the service if there is an issue with your service.If there is an issue with your service please ask to speak with the spa manager or owner at the time of the service.

​

Retail Sales

All retail purchases are refundable for 30 days from the purchase date with the receipt and unopened.If a product is open we can not return it.
